1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and mbi98 ("Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by mbi98.

3Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) mbi98 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds therein.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide your full legal name exactly as it appears on your official identification document.
• Use an active phone number and email address that belong to you personally.
• Set a strong password and keep it confidential from others.
• Providing valid bank account details in your own name for withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. MBI98 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
